We will not reduce the advertised value of a guaranteed prize simply because ticket sales are lower than anticipated.

Physical prizes may be subject to reasonable delivery, collection, registration or identity requirements.

Winners will be contacted using the information associated with their qualifying entry or account.

Win & Wish may operate a Loyalty Rewards programme for registered members.

Points may be awarded for eligible activities specified by Win & Wish from time to time.

Loyalty Points:

• are not cash;
• do not have an automatic monetary value;
• cannot be sold or transferred;
• may only be redeemed against rewards currently offered.

Reward availability and points requirements may change for future redemptions.

Paid entries must be paid for using an accepted payment method made available by Win & Wish.

Entries associated with failed, reversed, fraudulent or unauthorised payments may be cancelled where legally permitted.

Purchases are generally treated as final once valid participation has occurred, subject to applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Win & Wish may investigate activity that reasonably appears fraudulent, manipulated or contrary to these Terms.

Prohibited activity includes deliberate attempts to manipulate game systems, exploit technical errors, use false identities, interfere with another member's account or obtain rewards through fraudulent means.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and accuracy of Win & Wish systems, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

If a genuine technical malfunction, display error or system fault affects a game, Win & Wish will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue fairly.

An obvious website or display error does not automatically create an entitlement to a prize where verified game records show that no such prize was validly allocated.

We do not intend to materially change the rules of a promotion after it has begun.

A material change will only be considered where exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary.

Low ticket sales alone will not be treated as a reason to reduce a guaranteed prize or routinely extend a closing date.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, Win & Wish is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Win & Wish Privacy Policy.

Information may be used where reasonably necessary to administer accounts, process entries, verify eligibility, contact winners, provide prizes, prevent fraud and operate Win & Wish services.

These Terms should be read together with any additional material conditions displayed on the relevant game page.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.

These Terms are governed by applicable UK law, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers.
